🎯 😱 In two days webinar on 28.10 at 10:30 pm on the topic of Crowdfunding - new responsibilities for platforms, new opportunities for investors.
💻 The progressive digitisation and dissemination of the use of innovative large scale solutions have caused the capital market to undergo significant transformation in recent years. Specific changes in this area can be observed on the example of dynamic development of alternative financing methods such as crowdfunding, which has recently become an interest in a huge number of investors and entrepreneurs. The importance of this issue has also been recognized by the EU legislator. Since 2018 ongoing work on adopting a single legal framework for crowdfunding in the European Union. On 5 October, after more than two years of intensive work, ECSP Regulations were adopted, which means revolutionary changes both from the point of view of investors and entrepreneurs.
