You can find a Ricoh printer offline for several reasons. It can happen due to incorrect settings, the printer getting offline, or even a long pending queue. The easiest ways to address this issue are: Restart the printer and your system. And Check the Printer status using the option: Devices Printers & Scanners Use Printer Offline. Just uncheck this option. then Launch the print Spooler, using Run services.msc Print Spooler. Right-click on it, and opt for restart.
