POLKADOT PRICE ANALYSIS : Will the rounding bottom pattern support DOT in climbing over $8?   

Polkadot price analysis shows that bulls are once again attempting to gather strength, as the price has increased to $7.87 today.
The bullish momentum slowed after the first half of yesterday, and a few minor corrections occurred, but the coin currently appears to be retesting further upward as the price started to rise.
The price has just broken over the $7.79 local resistance, and bulls are now aiming for the $8.00 target. However, given that the current price level appears to be in a high resistance zone, selling pressure might return at any time, and bulls will need more strength to push through.
DOT is up 3.80% to $7.74 from Monday to Saturday. DOT dropped to a Wednesday and August low of $6.79 before rising to a Friday high of $7.93, following the overall market. However, on a bearish Saturday morning, DOT fell below $7.70.
DOT was trading above the 200-day EMA, which is at $7.59. The 100-day EMA has narrowed to the 200-day EMA, and the 50-day EMA is approaching the 100-day EMA. Positive price signals were provided by the indicators. A bullish cross of the 50-day moving average through the 100-day moving average would support a recovery to $9.00.
According to Price Analysis, The market capitalization of this DOT is estimated to be $9,511,540,554. The 24-hour trading volume for the same coin is around $450,128,451. DOT market capitalization has fallen by 0.25%.
The first major resistance is placed at the $8.00 level. Any further rises might push the price up to the $8.50 level. Above $8.50 price may touch $10.00 level soon.
If DOT fails to break $8.00 major resistance, the price may continue to fall below $7.30. The next major support level is at $6.70 If it fails to hold this level then sharp panic selling can be towards $5.80 level.
